HR Executive

Overall Job Objectives : The ideal candidate will assist the CFO to oversee the HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in payroll related matters.
  • Manage and handle employee's records.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters.
  • Manage E-leave & E-attendance via company's system, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice.

Accounts Executive

Job Level : Executive

Overall Job Objectives : The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts of subsidiaries and assist in period-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of consolidated financial accounts.
  • Prepare periodic financial management reports including financial analysis, schedules and reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit monthly quarterly reporting to management.
  • Assist the Accountant with annual budgeting and forecasting for subsidiaries.
  • Assist the Accountant with annual statutory, tax compliance and other regulatory matters (Liaising and coordinating with internal/external auditors and external tax consultants).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the standardisation and improvement of processes & procedures.
  • Cashflow management and forecasting.
  • Work closely with operations in relation to financial and budgeting tasks.
  • Provide financial support to business teams on business proposals and projects.
  • Other Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Min 1 Year relevant experience
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the business in marketing, brand and communications across all products. This individual should have strong marketing acumen which includes but not limited to:
  • Develop fresh marketing and communication strategies for the business in areas of brand-building but more importantly conversion.
  • Conceptualising and implementing the calendar of activities across all offline and digital channels to drive traffic, customer retention and increase conversions.
  • Lead and support A&P media and marketing spend, and agency management across both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Event/offline development and execution experience – both owned and sponsorship-based ones.
  • Support Public Relations efforts through ideating, pitching and working with agencies, media and journalists.

Job Specifications:

  • Have holistic experience across OOH, ATL, BTL, Public Relations as well as digital media.
  • Proficient in creative ideation and campaign planning, with an ability to manage campaigns across multiple touch points.
  • Multi-tasking is key in this role and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You are tasked to seek out and convert business opportunities in the assigned sectors and deliver revenue against quarterly and annual goals in Singapore. You should be creative about seeking out these opportunities in new sectors and be unafraid of initiating the building of strong relationships with prospective/existing clients.
  • You will be required to help clients co-develop campaign ideas and guide them through to execution, together with the content team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect, acquire and sign-up merchants (online and in-store) in the various categories critical to the overall strategy and objectives as determined by the Company
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on building deep and lasting relationships to capture market share and increase profitability/revenue
  • Drive growth for accounts, measured by number of listings and revenue
  • Ensure that Users and Dealer-partners thrive on the platform
  • Analyse data and develop initiatives to increase revenues/profitability
  • Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
