Overall Job Objectives : The ideal candidate will assist the CFO to
oversee the HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in payroll related matters.

Manage and handle employee's records.

Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass
applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.

Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.

Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations,
confirmation and all HR related matters.

Manage E-leave & E-attendance via company's system, including leave
type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection &
approval and daily employee's attendance.

Administer training related matters including coordination or
enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training
record etc.

Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related
claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS
makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related
matters.

Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management
team from time to time.
Requirements:
-
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative /
Business Studies.
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Working
experience on worker management will be an added advantage.

At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience.

Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
-
Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
-
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility &
self-motivation to get tasks done independently.

Accounts Executive

Overall Job Objectives : The ideal candidate will be involved with
preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and
conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong
interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts of subsidiaries and assist in period-end
closing activities and assist in the preparation of consolidated
financial accounts.

Prepare periodic financial management reports including financial
analysis, schedules and reconciliations in a timely manner.

Prepare and submit monthly quarterly reporting to management.

Assist the Accountant with annual budgeting and forecasting for
subsidiaries.

Assist the Accountant with annual statutory, tax compliance and
other regulatory matters (Liaising and coordinating with
internal/external auditors and external tax consultants).

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting
standards, statutory authority and audit requirements.

Assist in the standardisation and improvement of processes &
procedures.

Cashflow management and forecasting.

Work closely with operations in relation to financial and budgeting

Provide financial support to business teams on business proposals
and projects.
