UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about technology and user experience to join our team and build the leading automotive marketplace in Singapore and in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with UI/UX designers and tech team to ideate, conceptualize and implement UX solutions
  • Conduct research interviews, usability testing, and support research panel
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings as actionable recommendations through user journey maps, empathy maps, and personas
  • Assist designers in creating screens and wireframes
  • Strong ability to grasp the product vision, product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of UX research processes, data analysis, and information architecture
  • Be a resourceful, motivated, and enthusiastic team player
  • Psychology, and Sociology majors is a plus

Content Manager

Job Level : Manager

Reporting : Chief Content Officer/Chief Executive Officer

Overall Job Objectives: Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metric
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
Job Specifications:
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Content manager
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail

Sales Executive, Media Sales

Overall Job Objectives : Developing New Sales Avenue and expanding magazine's reach to other clients in the industry or other relevant industries

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling advertising space into all platforms within the content magazine.
  • Propose creative ways of promotion to enhance client's brand exposure within the content magazine platform.

Overall Job Objectives : The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts of subsidiaries and assist in period-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of consolidated financial accounts.
  • Prepare periodic financial management reports including financial analysis, schedules and reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit monthly quarterly reporting to management.
  • Manage annual budgeting and forecasting for subsidiaries.
  • Manage annual statutory, tax compliance and other regulatory matters (Liaising and coordinating with internal/external auditors and external tax consultants).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the standardisation and improvement of processes & procedures.
  • Cashflow management and forecasting.
  • Work closely with operations in relation to financial and budgeting tasks.
  • Provide financial support to business teams on business proposals and projects.
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
