UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with UI/UX designers and tech team to ideate, conceptualize and implement UX solutions
  • Conduct research interviews, usability testing, and support research panel
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings as actionable recommendations through user journey maps, empathy maps, and personas
  • Assist designers in creating screens and wireframes
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to grasp the product vision, product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team

E-Commerce Intern

Job Level : Intern

As our E-commerce Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce business in the regional automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the e-commerce platform
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing
  • Recommendations on areas of improvement
  • Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, stocks level, layout, images, copywriting etc are up to date and available-to- sell
  • Manage and update the inventory on internal stock master file and multiple platforms;
  • Assist in weekly report and contributing to strategy decisions
  • Assist in conducting market research, analyse data and reports to give recommendations and improvements.

Senior UI/UX Designer

Overall Job Objectives : We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about technology, product and user experience to join our team and build the leading automotive marketplace in Singapore and in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with UI/UX designers, business and tech team to ideate, conceptualize and implement UX solutions
  • Conduct research interviews, usability testing, and support research panel
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings as actionable recommendations through user journey maps, empathy maps, and personas
  • Create clean, intuitive and user friendly user interfaces from product requirements and user research insights
  • Provide ideation and sketch new product ideas
  • Actively contribute to the hands on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual design mockups and prototypes
  • Create and manage asset libraries for reusable design and drive UI component creation
  • Partner with engineering to ensure that designs are properly implemented
  • Communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders verbally and visually

QA Engineer

Job Level : Executive

Overall Job Objectives : Ensure that applications both web and mobile are thoroughly tested at all stages of deployment by leveraging a combination of QA best practices, frameworks and automation tools. Ensuring that only high quality software products are shipped is of the utmost importance. We are seeking a QA Engineer responsible for the design and creation of test plans and test cases to identify bugs or issues with web and mobile applications. This position requires the creation of automated test cases and performing manual testing. The candidate should have a keen eye for details and be meticulous about writing reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyses requirements to develop and enhance software test plan for new features with systematic approach
  • Perform software testing based on manual and/or automated test cases and analyzing and documenting test results
  • Take full ownership of and maintain QA environment
  • Test product at all levels from user interface, workflows, application and performance
  • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
  • Working closely with multi-site developers to design and create test conditions to address technical and customer use cases
  • Prepare good analytical reports and to review findings with the team to recommend corrective action
  • Provide support to the field service team for technical questions concerning software
  • Have a good understanding of the software release cycle
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in software QA
  • Exceptional attention to details and quality
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, able to debug issues efficiently
  • Great team player, proactive and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Should have coding experience and hands-on with automation (Web, Mobile app and API automation)
  • Knowledge of tools such as Postman, JMeter and TestComplete etc
  • Experience with CI/CD
